Agro:- Share has decreased from 24 % in 1984-84 to 18 % today.
Ores+Minerals:- Share has decreased from 5 % to 3 % today.
Manuf. Goods *:- Share has increased from 45 % to 77 % today.
Crude Oil+ Petro Products :- Share has decreased from 2 % to 0.3 %.
* Includes leather anf leather products, gems & jewellary, cotton yarn ytc.
Now coming to Import Basket:-
Food & Food products:- Share has decreased from 7% in 1984-84 to 5% today.
Petro ( POL):- Share has decreased from 30% to 15% today.
Coal:- Share has increased from 0% to 2% today.
Fertiliser:- Share has decreased from 2 % to 0.3 %.
Chemical :- Share has increased from 5 % to 8 %
M/C & equipment:- Share has almost remained same to 17 %
Iron & Steel :- Share has decreased from 4 % to 3 %
Stones & Pearls:- Share has increased from 6 % to 9 %.
